Our Puidoux site, which employs 150 people, is a strategic supplier of high-precision metal tubes and components for medical devices. In a context of growth and stringent regulatory requirements, we are strengthening our quality team.
We are looking for an electromechanical maintenance technician ready to play a key role in the reliability and performance of our equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and supporting our production teams on a daily basis.
Mission
Within the Maintenance team, you will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment to guarantee their availability, reliability, and performance. You will participate in all maintenance service activities while providing particular expertise in industrial electricity and fault diagnosis.
Your main responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical faults.
- Ensure the recommissioning of equipment in compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Participate in updating technical documentation and electrical diagrams.
- Identify defective or obsolete components and seek suitable replacement solutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and support external contractors during their interventions.
- Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
- Ensure traceability of interventions in the CMMS.
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an Automation Technician or equivalent technical training with experience in industrial maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 or equivalent).
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of various industrial equipment, including older equipment.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and good knowledge of industrial mechanics and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with a CMMS.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and fault diagnosis.
- Knowledge of industrial PLCs and operator interfaces is an advantage.
- OIBT authorisation under articles 13 or 15 is an advantage.
- Autonomous and pragmatic person, with a strong hands-on approach and a focus on finding practical solutions.
