We are looking for a Sector Manager Operations District with lots of energy, personality and solid experience. The role is very interactive, recognising and fulfilling the needs of the customer and the team, requiring daily on-site commitment, as well as the development and implementation of innovative ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.

What you can achieve:

• Ensuring service quality and compliance with contractually agreed services
• Training and development of employees
• Ensuring communication between customers, employees and department management
• Regular review and updating of service regulations and related documents in German
• Administrative tasks
• Operational responsibility for service execution
• Responsible for staff management in the assigned area
• Availability for emergencies and decision-making
• Handling and execution of alarm interventions

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education and leadership experience in the security sector (advantageous)
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
• Swiss citizen or C residence permit
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
• User knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work unconventional hours
• Communicative, good manners, confident appearance
• Goal-oriented working, high independence, pronounced
• Sense of responsibility
• Networked thinking, high flexibility and a well-groomed appearance
