International Sales Coordinator - fixed term until 30 June 2027

This is what you can achieve with us...
- Administrative and organisational support in managing key accounts, sales agencies, as well as independent responsibility for small customers
- Preparation of customer and internal presentations
- Contact person for scheduling and responsible for order processing
- Independent preparation of monthly reports, rebate applications and export documentation
- Active participation in a dynamic and versatile work area
- Maintenance of customer master data, price lists and promotional plans
Why you will succeed...
- Commercial basic training, further education in the field of export desirable (export clerk, foreign trade specialist)
- Experience in co-managing and handling export business and/or in the FMCG sector advantageous
- Strong customer orientation and high service mentality
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with a flair for numbers
- High self-motivation, social skills, independence and quick comprehension
- German, English and French advantageous (spoken and written)
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
- Willingness to travel if needed (irregularly)
