Workshop Manager in Construction Machinery Mechanics (m/f) Rossens Branch (FR)

The position

• As a manager, you lead the workshop, supervise and develop a team of 3 mechanics.
• You ensure the administrative management of the workshop (quotes, orders, invoicing, SAP, tool management).
• You also carry out maintenance, repair and diagnostics on construction machinery as well as maintenance of our clients’ machines and our rental fleet.

Your profile

• You hold a qualification in construction machinery mechanics, agricultural machinery or heavy goods vehicles
• You have several years of professional experience in the repair and maintenance of technical equipment
• You already have experience in team management
• You are comfortable and experienced in preparing quotes, invoicing and proficient in using IT systems, ideally with knowledge of SAP
• You know how to work in a team and enjoy having responsibilities
• You appreciate direct contact with clients and are commercially confident
• Category B driving licence (car)
