Health Specialist EFZ as Vocational Trainer 50 – 100 %
YOUR TASKS- Together with the vocational training team, you accompany, promote and enable our apprentices on their way to becoming health specialists
- You work in direct care and support the staff in complex care situations
- You carry out and professionally document care and support measures; in addition, you specifically contribute your knowledge in the classification according to the RAI-/RUG system
- You competently perform medical-technical tasks, paying attention to care and safety
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe EFZ)
- You are an outgoing, empathetic personality who enjoys working with young people
- Ideally, you already have experience and training in vocational education. If not, we will gladly support you in obtaining this
- Interest in optimising care processes and standards
- Openness to personal and professional growth
