Job Description
As an Employee (m/f/d) Administration, you are responsible for performing various administrative tasks at the Kreuzlingen plant. The role requires a high degree of independence and organisation and serves as the first point of contact for external parties as well as an internal hub for culture and communication topics. The workplace is located on-site at the Kreuzlingen location.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for the telephone switchboard, reception, as well as ID, key, and visitor management.
Introduction and establishment of Corporate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and communication initiatives of the group directly at the site.
General office organisation, maintenance of meeting rooms and databases, digital contract management, as well as handling mail and sample dispatch.
Processing of dunning/payment reminders and invoices, participation in meetings, and comprehensive organisation of travel, meetings, and events including technical support.
Taking on additional tasks from various functional areas as needed to support the plant team.
Qualifications
Completed commercial basic training (commercial apprenticeship) or a comparable qualification.
Solid professional experience in secretarial or reception areas.
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Very good and confident use of common MS Office programmes or their Google equivalents.
Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a strong enthusiasm for teamwork and open communication.

The stated range is based on the part-time workload; for a full-time workload, the annual salary range is between CHF 57,540 and CHF 92,064.
