Role:
The innovative Swiss company specialises in telemedicine and digital health solutions and is one of the leading providers in this field. Through digital channels such as telephone, video and chat, it enables patients to receive medical advice and treatment around the clock. The offering includes telemedical primary care, medical consultations in various specialties as well as digital health services.

Responsibilities:
As a sparring partner for the management and the board of directors, you provide meaningful analyses and decision-making bases for strategic and operational issues.
You examine the profitability of new business models, partnerships and contracts and prepare business cases and profitability analyses.
You are responsible for managing the budget and forecast processes as well as preparing the monthly management reporting including target-actual comparisons and action measures.
You link operational performance data with financial key figures and are responsible for reporting to the Otto Group including liquidity planning and cash reporting.
In addition to your involvement in financial statements and IFRS issues, you drive the digitalisation and automation of finance and controlling processes and support cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is a university degree in business administration or a Swiss diploma in accounting and controlling.
You bring several years of experience in business controlling or financial planning & analysis.
You are experienced in group reporting and have sound knowledge of international accounting according to IFRS.
Very good Excel skills including financial modelling as well as experience with BI and ERP systems are part of your profile.
You convince with analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented working style as well as confident German and very good English skills.
