Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Pictet Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk, Strategy & Projects, and Tax departments.

Your role
Leading and managing various strategic HR initiatives and projects creating an impact for HR and Group employees. Leading cross-functional projects that streamline HR processes, introducing new digital services and solutions to improve the employee experience and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. This role requires excellent communication, organisational, change management and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The HR Projects team operates centrally and leads projects across the employee lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading complex, global HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborating with HR leadership and other departments/teams to clarify project needs and ensure strong stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
• Monitoring project progress, preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Developing and embedding best practices and methodologies in project management, change management and employee experience, ensuring HR delivers high quality solutions for employees and managers.
• Designing and executing change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Developing clear, targeted communication materials and change narratives tailored to different audiences.
• Coordinating and delivering training, workshops, and user support to ensure readiness and sustainability of the change.
• Acting as the driver of innovation within HR by calling on your internal and external networks.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Four to five years’ experience in a consulting firm or in project & change management roles within a global, multicultural environment.
• Proven experience leading complex cross functional global initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting the implementation and change management of SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. EC, Recruiting, Onboarding) is a strong plus.
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to find simple, pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics through a clear and compelling narrative.
• Entrepreneurial flair and ease in navigating ambiguity, while balancing innovation with risk awareness.
• Keen interest in new technologies, digital tools, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
