for the Upper Franconia region

We are looking for a committed personality for our sales team who convinces with passion in telephone customer contact, appears confident in the field service, and also pitches in actively – e.g., distributing mailings.

Your tasks

Telephone contact with interested parties, owners, and investors
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Consulting and supporting our customers in personal conversations
Support in marketing and presentation of properties
Participation in sales campaigns and marketing measures
Distribution of marketing materials (mailings, flyers, etc.) in the regional area
Documentation and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system

Your profile

Enjoyment of telephone communication and direct customer approach
Very good manners, polished appearance, and pronounced empathy
Convincing, appreciative communication skills
Physical fitness and resilience for field service and distribution activities
Organizational talent, structured working method, and ability to work in a team
First experience in sales or customer service desirable, career changers welcome
