Quality Manager Medical Technology 80-100%

Your challenge
▪ Preparation, execution, and follow-up of factory inspections as well as internal and external audits
▪ Creation of the process FMEA and test planning during the development phase, in close collaboration with our developers
▪ Participation in the further development of our quality management system according to ISO 13485 and in KVP/improvement projects
▪ Independent handling of customer and supplier complaints (KBA/LBA) including closure
▪ Conducting root cause analyses and coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
▪ Assistance with mechanical, thermal, and electrical tests according to IEC 60601-1 (climate chamber, tensile/compression system, thermocouples, electrical measuring devices)

Your profile
▪ Mechanical or electrical basic training, supplemented by further education in quality testing or quality management
▪ Experience in a comparable role, ideally in a regulated environment (medical technology or related industry advantageous)
▪ Knowledge in handling laboratory testing equipment and basic knowledge of the IEC 60601-1 standard advantageous
▪ Efficient, structured, and independent working style, high flexibility and pragmatism
▪ Creativity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
▪ Proficiency in German spoken and written - English skills
