Your tasks:

• Holistic care: You take on the care and support of our clients, considering their individual needs and life situations with great empathy.
• Competent case management: You support our clients and their relatives as a knowledgeable case manager and provide professional assistance.
• Daily responsibility & quality: You independently implement the care process and actively contribute through your expertise to securing and further developing our care quality.
• Teamwork on equal footing: You work closely with the team leadership and other professionals and actively contribute your ideas.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• You approach clients with respect and understanding and enjoy specific problem-solving
• You like to work independently, responsibly and enrich the team with your flexibility and team spirit
• You hold a valid category B driving licence
