Tasks

Sports Department

• You rent out sports facilities of the city of Zug
• You advise rental applicants and support sports clubs
• You are responsible, among other things, for contributions and ordering sports equipment

Secretariat Education Department

• You support the central department secretariat as well as the school administration in organizational and administrative matters
• You are the contact person in the administration of care vouchers and have regular contact with guardians and daycares
• You enjoy working with numbers and will be introduced to the world of statistics

Expectations

• Enjoyment in contact with people and a team-oriented working style
• You are an open-minded, reliable, and responsible person
• Very good knowledge of IT, German, and accounting
• A good academic record
