Your Tasks

In this versatile key position, you are responsible for the value-oriented management as well as the economically sustainable further development of the real estate portfolio. You lead the real estate division and ensure professional management of the portfolio. Furthermore, you are responsible for development, renovation, and repurposing projects, accompany the evaluation of acquisitions and sales, and represent the owners' interests towards internal and external stakeholders. As a member of the executive board, you also actively shape the real estate strategy and ensure the future-oriented development of the organisation.

Your Profile

We are addressing an experienced leader with a university degree and advanced training in the real estate sector. You have leadership experience in a real estate organisation of comparable size and bring a broad track record in several specialist areas, especially in the leasing and management of commercial properties. Experience in portfolio management, real estate development, or construction project management rounds off your profile. Additionally, you possess knowledge in real estate valuation, financing, and reporting as well as a very good understanding of the Swiss real estate market. As a trustworthy, performance-oriented, and personable individual, you convince through professional manners, entrepreneurial judgement, and the ability to build sustainable relationships with various stakeholders.
