About the job
As a certified nursing specialist HF, you are responsible for the entire management of the nursing process. In addition to assessing needs, evidence-based planning, and implementing interventions, you are capable of building a trusting relationship with our clients. Furthermore, you take on advisory and instructional roles with the aim of maintaining the quality of life of our clients (and their relatives) so that they can continue to live in their familiar environment.
