In your daily work, you are right in the middle of it: You install, maintain and look after electrical systems and telecommunications systems that are crucial for the smooth operation of our rail infrastructure. Whether power supply, customer information systems or data transmission – you ensure that everything works reliably. You work outdoors, in a team, with responsibility and a lot of technical know-how.
Electrician
This is what awaits you:
- New construction and conversions of low-voltage systems, customer information systems and transmission technology (fibre optic/copper)
- Independent maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems
- Coordination and support of external companies (including approx. 7 weeks on-call duty per year)
This is what you bring with you:
- Federal VET Diploma as an electrician, telematics technician or assembly electrician with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Willingness to work outdoors during the day, at night (approx. 10%) and on some weekends
- Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
- Good health, unrestricted hearing and vision
