Project Manager 80 - 100%

You enjoy the overall management of demanding construction projects with a focus on SIA phase 3. From planning to building permit application, you accompany our clients and ensure the optimal handover to our construction management. You coordinate projects in various contract and implementation models, from single service providers to general planner mandates. As the central contact person, you lead interdisciplinary planning teams, manage processes and always keep quality, costs and deadlines in view.

#yourprofile 

You bring many years of experience in independently managing renovation and new construction projects. You have training as an architect, site manager, construction technician or construction project manager. Your great motivation – the joy of working with architects, planners & clients – is complemented by your solid professional experience. You impress with your reliability, negotiation skills & assertiveness. In addition, you are a passionate team player who enjoys contributing to an innovative team.
