Profile

The physician works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the Assistant Physician role.

Necessary requirements

• degree/diploma in medicine; for doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and registration with MedReg (https://www.medregom.admin.ch) before starting the activity are mandatory
• proven knowledge of the Italian language with registration to MedReg before starting the activity (required level B2), knowledge of other national languages and English is desirable
• initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• organizational skills and predisposition to interdisciplinary collaboration
• flexibility and positive attitude, enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating across departments
• proficiency with computer tools
