For our team in quality assurance at the Aarburg site, we are immediately seeking a

CMM Specialist / Metrology Technician (m/f/d, 100%)

Your tasks

• Programming of CMM measurement programmes for demanding components
• Performing measurements on 3D coordinate measuring machines (Mitutoyo Crysta Apex) as well as surface measuring systems
• Operation and programming of the 3D scanner (Creaform Handy Scan)
• Analysis and interpretation of drawings
• Support with first article inspections (FAI) and series approvals
• Assistance with gauge monitoring and coordination with external service providers
• Assistance with maintenance of measuring machines
• Participation in continuous improvement proposals (CIP)

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or designer
• Further training in metrology advantageous (e.g. AUKOM Level 1)
• Further training in ISO GPS (form and position tolerances) advantageous
• Experience in metrology and measurement software (e.g. MCOSMOS)
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Independent, detail-oriented working style
• Confident communication in German (spoken and written), basic knowledge of English (A2)
• Experience with ERP systems (Proalpha advantageous)
