UNEO is proud to have supported Les Pharmacies de Versoix, a family network of three pharmacies passed down through four generations, at a key stage: preparing the transfer.

From initial advice to the creation of the new company, including securing financing alongside our banking partner Valiant, UNEO was present at every stage of the transfer project. Thanks to this support, the transition to the new owners took place in a structured manner, in continuity with the family history.
