Job Description Project Manager Electrical Engineering for Building Construction, Residential Construction, Industrial and Commercial Buildings
Area of Responsibility:
Planning of electrical installations for the following specialist areas: grounding / surge protection, emergency power, photovoltaic systems, lighting technology, security, communication, evacuation, bus systems for building automation
Project Activities:
- Leading planner and contractor meetings
- Developing concepts
- Creating construction project documents
- Evaluating construction costs in BKP 23
- NPK tenders, offer controls
- Preparing all execution documents for our specialist areas
- Operating CAD programmes for plans and schematics
- Site supervision
