To strengthen the service team, we are looking for an independent and solution-oriented personality who enjoys sophisticated technology, direct customer contact, and varied assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machines
• Maintenance and servicing of machines directly at the customer’s site
• Training and instruction of customers on site and at the company
• Systematic fault diagnosis and sustainable troubleshooting
• Telephone support for customers with technical questions
• Conducting demonstrations, test machining, and acceptance tests

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable
• Experience in the field of CNC machine tools, preferably as a service technician or in maintenance
• Good knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Siemens CNC controls
• Independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused working style
• Very good German and good English skills / French skills are an advantage
• Residence ideally in the Zurich / Aargau region
