Your mission
As a Purchasing Specialist, you are responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of goods and services for our site. You ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives while working closely with internal and external partners. You also contribute to the strategic optimization of the department, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of defined goals.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Analyze and anticipate the needs for goods and services in close collaboration with internal teams.
Manage tenders and evaluate proposals with a comparative and strategic approach.
Select, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Negotiate and optimize contractual conditions in line with the company’s strategy.
Issue orders and ensure rigorous follow-up until delivery.
Effectively manage disputes and supplier non-conformities.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and ensure the reliability of supplier databases and contracts.
Qualifications
Higher education in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English; German is an asset.
Good proficiency in common computer tools
