Specialist in Long-Term Care (at Secondary or Tertiary Level)

Your Tasks
- Ensuring professional care and support of our residents
- Taking on shift responsibility during the work assignment
- Assessing care situations and creating care plans
- Maintaining the electronic care documentation CareCoach
- Supporting and supervising our trainees (FaGE) in the role of vocational trainer
Your Profile
- Completed training at secondary or tertiary level (e.g. FAGE, FABE, DNI or HF/DN II)
- Professional experience in care, preferably in long-term care
- Respectful and service-oriented interaction with our residents
- High resilience and organisational skills as day supervisor
- Initiative, motivated and open-minded personality with empathy
- Knowledge of RAI and completed course for vocational trainers Link desired or willingness to undertake further training
- Flexibility for cross-location assignments if required
