Team Leader Payroll & Time (m/f/a) 80 - 100 %
from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the payroll and time management team
- Overall responsibility for efficient, correct and legally compliant payroll and time management of the Valens Clinic Group
- Responsibility for the support and further development of the Polypoint PEP time management system
- Participation in and management of HR projects
- Driving digitalisation and optimisation of payroll and time processes
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements
- Contact person for managers and in complex cases
- Reporting and key figures such as Perinnova, hospital statistics, etc.
- Interface to financial accounting, controlling and external partners and authorities
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in the HR/payroll area (e.g. HR specialist, payroll expert)
- Several years of experience in payroll and time management
- Solid leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of Swiss salary and social insurance law
- Experience with common HR systems (Abacus, Polypoint PEP or similar)
- Structured, reliable and discreet working style
- Confident IT skills and willingness to change
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the Valens Clinic Group
