Tasks
- Plan and manage operational seasons, including logistics and staffing.
- Lead and develop your team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Ensure site safety, quality, and smooth operations on the ground.
Skills
- 5 years in operational team management, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
- Strong planning and organizational skills for effective operations.
- Fluency in French; German and English are a plus.

About the job
As the conductor of the mountain, you:
- Plan and manage the operating seasons (calendars, staffing, works, logistics, etc.)
- Manage your team and support the development of team members
- Ensure the proper functioning, quality, and safety of the site
- Act as the link between the field and the directions set by management
- Take over daily operational management in the absence of the Head of Activities and Customer Experience

JOB OFFER
- 5 years of experience managing operational teams, ideally in cable cars, or in tourism, leisure, or hospitality sectors
- Higher education in management, business, or equivalent experience
- Technical awareness of infrastructure, or strong motivation to develop these skills
- Fluency in French; good spoken German desired; English is an asset
- A managerial position with real scope for action and decision-making
