Your profile

• Practical experience in the service area of a health insurance
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Professional experience in customer support
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in software development in an agile environment is a plus
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are a plus

Your tasks

You actively bring your experience from the insurance world and your expertise as a Business Analyst into our team and significantly shape our health insurance software. In doing so, you take responsibility, think ahead, and work both in the background and in direct exchange with customers and partners. Your tasks are diverse and offer you plenty of room for co-creation:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that their questions are answered quickly and completely.
• Together with our customers and the development team, you develop precise specifications that make our solutions even better.
• You ensure that our software BBTIndividual not only works reliably but also provides real added value – quality and further development are in your hands.
• You organize and conduct training sessions and conferences that are not only informative but also inspiring.
• You bring fresh ideas for new product extensions and like to think outside the box.
• You implement regulatory adjustments and keep an overview to ensure everything runs smoothly.
