About the job
Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
CHF 1,800.-- (awaiting bachelor degree or with completed bachelor)
CHF 2,000.-- (with completed master)
Tasks:
- collaborate in developing the communication strategy on social media for the Department of Health and Social Affairs (DSS);
- update the editorial plan for the DSS social pages (Instagram and Facebook)
- create and publish content – posts, stories, and videos – on social channels
- contribute to creating online information and awareness activities
- work with department services to gather information and create informative content
- monitor and analyze social media page analytics to measure strategy effectiveness
- monitor online interactions with followers and handle any responses
- monitor trends and best practices in the social media field
Requirements:
- student or graduate in communication, journalism, marketing, or related field
- knowledge of social media: familiarity with main social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and ability to manage content on each
- experience with design tools: proficiency in software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar to create visual content
- ability to write clear, engaging texts suitable for different targets
- basic video editing skills to produce short and informative content
- knowledge of social media management and analysis tools
- empathy and sensitivity
- good creativity, autonomy, and proactivity
- flexibility and adaptability
- knowledge of English and one official language
- willingness to work in a team and collaborate with various figures within the public entity
Special notes:
- candidates who obtained their bachelor or master more than one year ago are not eligible for the internship
