During 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build comprehensive knowledge for your target role as a Relationship Officer Intermediaries. You will not only expand your professional know-how but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars, such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein, and exchanges with internal and external experts. A special highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. For your role as a future Business & Project Manager in the Intermediaries area (B2B business with external asset managers and trustees), we focus on the following tasks:
Supporting project managers in the implementation of IT, process, market development, and offer expansion projects for financial intermediaries
Maintenance and further development of PowerBI dashboards and conducting ad-hoc data analyses
Independent completion of partial tasks and taking on smaller projects
Preparation of presentations, writing project documents, and processing decision-making bases
Direct communication with client advisors, specialist departments, and management
A very good bachelor’s or master’s degree in banking & finance or business administration (not older than twelve months)
Interest in project management tasks; IT topics as well as actively shaping the further development of the intermediary business
Expert-level knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI
Analytical and organizational talent
Very good language skills in German and English
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Interest in a long-term commitment at LGT
