For one of our teams based in Le Locle, we are looking for a new member to join us in the following role:
Building Technician (m/f/d) 100%
Location: Le Locle (NE)
Contract type: Permanent
Start date: 1st September 2026
Your responsibilities:
· Ensure, organise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building technical installations (Water treatment, Ventilation, Heating, Air conditioning, Compressors, WWTP, etc.).
· Initiate repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting and other building maintenance activities.
· Propose or carry out improvements to increase the reliability of installations and reduce operating costs.
· Perform calibration of certain measuring or control instruments related to installations.
· Participate in construction or renovation projects.
· Conduct EHS risk analyses related to activities.
· Support initiatives in energy, sustainability and infrastructure management.
· Periodically provide on-call service (standby duty).
· Perform tasks according to internal procedures in collaboration with the various impacted departments.
· Work in compliance with EHS and quality rules.
· Ensure documentation of maintenance activities in compliance with GMP and through the CMMS.
You report to the Facilities, Maintenance, Calibration Site Lead
Your qualifications:
· Hold a diploma in building technology (CFC) or any equivalent qualification.
· Good knowledge in HVAC fields.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
· Ideally hold Article 15 of the OIBT.
· Proficient with computer tools.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
· Autonomous, efficient and flexible with working hours.
· Curious, committed and proactive, you are recognised for your dynamism and rigour.
· Fluent in French with good knowledge of English.
