Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) 100%
Who will actively support our team.
We are seeking a Commis de Cuisine with excellent expertise in upscale Swiss gastronomy for the new, renowned restaurant X1291 ächt.guet. If you are a committed individual who enjoys relieving the host/chef in all matters and delighting guests, then we look forward to your application.
Job Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
- One or two years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage
- Affinity for high-quality raw materials combined with business acumen
Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for a smooth and clean workflow in the kitchen
- Preparation of dishes in compliance with HACCP/GHP
- Independently managing a station in the absence of the station chef
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines
- Preparing the daily mise en place
Personal Requirements
- Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
- Neat appearance
- Reliable and responsible
- Fluent (Swiss) German
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
