Tasks

Set up, operate and monitor production equipment
Ensure smooth production processes and quality
Provide professional guidance and support to employees
Prepare and manage materials
Operate paper cutting and punching machines

Requirements

Completed mechanical or technical training
Several years of experience as a machine or plant operator
Good mechanical knowledge
Reliable, resilient and independent working style
Good German language skills
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
