Specialist Financial Accounting and Accounting Projects (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Execution of monthly closings
- Preparation of annual financial statements according to local accounting standards
- Participation in ad-hoc tasks and projects and taking over project management (e.g. continuous improvements, automation)
- Key role in the SAP implementation at international locations
- Understanding and explaining accounting processes and controls as well as identifying gaps
- Providing solutions for identified gaps and monitoring implementation as well as conducting end-user training (during projects and after go-live)
Qualifications:
- Additional training in finance and accounting
- Experience in accounting/auditing
- Good SAP knowledge (SAP FI, GL/AP/AR/AA/MM)
- Very good knowledge of finance and accounting and accounting principles, Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and IFRS, etc.
- Very good oral and written skills in English and German
