Are you passionate about driving network performance to the next level?
In this role, you'll take ownership of cell-level optimization and end-to-end quality for LTE/5G radio access networks (RAN) within your region. You will also play a key part in system-level RAN optimization, ensuring seamless connectivity and top-tier service quality. 

 We're looking for someone to join our team starting April 1, based in either Bussigny or Zurich.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Analyze and deliver solutions for all benchmark relevant activities
• Keep up-to-date with new RAN technologies including 5G/5G SA
• Improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
• Find compromise between costs, quality and time
• Deal with several groups and interfaces within sunrise and external companies
• Fulfill parallel tasks and stick to deadlines

YOUR SKILLS:

• University degree (ETH/EPFL) or university of applied sciences (FH), with engineering degrees like, Telecommunications; Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications
• Knowledge in LTE and 5G technology (Huawei knowledge a plus)
• Project management abilities
• Analytical problem solving abilities
• Working in teams, initiative
• English and one of Swiss spoken language skills
