About the job
At the Elderly and Health Centre of the City of Dietikon, we currently care for around 180 residents across various nursing departments and residential groups. 160 employees ensure a professional and comprehensive range of services.
We offer a committed professional the opportunity to become part of our team for 6 to 12 months.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing process (according to your qualification)
- Carrying out preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Co-responsibility for the health promotion and maintenance of the residents
- Professional nursing and care during day or night shifts
- Taking on administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team
- Contributing your own resources and skills to everyday nursing
- Assisting in the supervision of trainees and interns
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or Dipl. Nursing Professional HF (with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Interest in new challenges and willingness to learn
- High social and personal competence
- Resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
