Your Tasks

• You competently and empathetically accompany patients before, during, and after diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• You coordinate the daily routine, keep an overview even in emergencies and unforeseen situations, and ensure smooth operations.
• You independently perform urological and nursing interventions or assist with a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• You ensure safe medication administration, proper handling of samples, and careful documentation.
• You advise and instruct patients and competently support them in managing their therapies.
• You work closely and on equal footing with the interprofessional team and actively contribute your ideas.
• You develop professionally, take on responsibility, and help shape the further development of our processes.

Your Profile

• Diploma in Nursing HF/FH (Foreign diplomas: SRK recognition).
• Ideally experience in urological interventions and minimally invasive procedures.
• Enjoyment of a versatile, dynamic, and specialised working environment.
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style.
• Calmness and professionalism even in demanding or unforeseen situations.
• Strong patient orientation, empathy, and communication skills.
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and active participation.
• Willingness to continuously develop your expertise and acquire new skills.
