Your main tasks

• Preparation of varied meals for our residents as well as guests and employees in our restaurant
• Taking over daily responsibility in the absence of the supervisor
• Co-organisation of the daily routine as well as covering all kitchen areas
• Execution of banquets and external events
• Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
• Accompanying and supervising apprentices as a vocational trainer

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a chef/cook EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare
• Vocational trainer certificate and experience in vocational training advantageous
• Passion for the cooking profession, creative, flexible, resilient and a team player
• Independent and careful working style
• Flexibility and willingness for weekend duty
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
