For our Fund Projects team in the Administration & Operations area, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual to support us in our exciting projects.
Your tasks
- In projects in cooperation with Zürcher Kantonalbank and/or external clients, you develop actionable solutions and take on coordination within the department during implementation
- You skilfully guide new clients through onboarding and up to the launch of their product
- You are responsible for planning, implementation and communication to stakeholders for the department's own projects
- You represent the interests of your department to various stakeholders and are perceived as a competent contact person
- You identify risks in projects early and address them appropriately
Your profile
- You have a basic commercial education and further qualifications (University of Applied Sciences, HF Diploma)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured and well-organised working style are indispensable
- Thanks to your engaging personality and strong communication skills, you are able to convince in project work with clients, internal departments (custodian bank, legal, administration, IT etc.) and senior management, proceeding purposefully and solution-oriented
- You keep a calm head even in hectic situations
- You are very familiar with the fund industry and bring experience from fund management, asset management or asset servicing
- You have fluent German and business fluent English skills
