Waiter / Head Waiter (M/F)

Main tasks:

Responsible for the necessary setup to ensure smooth service (tables, consoles, back office).
Ensures that facilities and premises are maintained in a hygienic and clean state in accordance with the establishment's requirements.
Provides quick and courteous service by clearing, serving and setting tables, while respecting the instructions of the person in charge.
Quickly and thoroughly informs the manager of any customer complaints or remarks, as well as any other significant problems.
Contributes to maintaining a positive working atmosphere and maintains good relations with management and colleagues.
Knows the food and drink menus in French and English, as well as special offers, and actively participates in product sales (cheeses, desserts, promotions, etc.).
Follows training programmes defined by management.
May be required to perform other tasks as needed by the service, even if not mentioned above.

Profile sought: We are looking for a person with several years of proven experience in hospitality, with excellent command of French and English. The ideal candidate has an excellent sense of service, a neat appearance, and a good ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Start date: to be agreed upon between the parties.
