YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Important link between internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement problem solutions
Deriving appropriate measures in case of deviations in the production process with suppliers as well as in case of deviating supplier performance; conducting progress checks; preventive and reactive; remote and on-site
Planning and monitoring as well as initiating acceleration and corrective measures to ensure materialization and quality
Desktop Expediting: Development-related scheduling and progress control with the implementation of countermeasures to ensure the timeline
Active knowledge exchange and collaboration with category management, project purchasing, scheduling, and production planning
Creating inspection reports, statistics, and evaluations
Business trips/travel activities within Switzerland and Europe 30-40 %

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Technical training (EFZ) with further education in quality management
Several years of professional experience in supplier management, preferably in the metal processing industry or plant engineering
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the industrial sector
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written (level C1)
SAP knowledge is an advantage
