On behalf of an organisation specialised in private home care, recognised for the quality of its services, personalised support, and a well-being-centred approach for beneficiaries, we are looking for a:

Field Nurse in Private Home Care (100%)

Your mission

Within a dynamic and committed team, you will ensure the comprehensive care of beneficiaries at their homes, guaranteeing quality care and individualised support.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Perform technical and basic nursing care at beneficiaries' homes
• Assess health status and ensure clinical follow-up of situations
• Develop and adapt care plans in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Coordinate with doctors, relatives, and partners in the care network
• Support beneficiaries in maintaining their autonomy and quality of life
• Ensure traceability of interventions and maintain care records
• Actively participate in the continuity and quality of services provided

Your profile

• Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland or Swiss Red Cross recognition obtained
• Significant experience in home care essential
• Excellent knowledge of the Vaud healthcare network
• Residence in the Riviera-Chablais region or nearby
• Driving licence mandatory and personal vehicle
• Availability for a 100% assignment
• High autonomy, sense of responsibility, and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
• Fluency in spoken and written French
