What you achieve
- You are responsible for managing an operation with around 33 employees who ensure a high quality of life for our residents (32 care places)
- You are responsible for the operational management of Senevita Regensberg and lead the management teams directly
- You develop strategic guidelines to achieve the company goals
- You maintain contact with all stakeholders and thus promote regional anchoring
- Acquiring new customers as well as the economic results are your responsibility
- With your innovative ideas, you continuously advance the operation
- Through good cooperation with the headquarters, you easily achieve your goals
What distinguishes you
- You have completed training as an institutional manager or a comparable, qualified education with business management knowledge
- You are rooted in the region, have a good network, and bring broad experience in acquisition
- You have experience in the field of long-term care
- You enjoy leadership and have several years of experience managing an operation
- You are a captivating and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma
- You do not lose your sense of humor even in a demanding daily routine and the role of host/hostess suits you perfectly
