Position Overview
To support our software engineering team and management by ensuring smooth administrative operations, office coordination, and bookkeeping activities.
Main Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Document management and archiving
- Contract administration and filing
- Organisation of courier and mailing services
- Coordination of business travel arrangements
Bookkeeping & Finance Support
- Processing supplier invoices and expense reports using Bexio
- Preparation of monthly overviews and support for annual budgeting
- Coordination and communication with external fiduciary and accounting partners
HR & Coordination Support
- Administrative support in recruitment processes
- Coordination with external HR and payroll service providers
- Maintenance of personnel-related documentation
