Your area of responsibility

• Together with your team colleagues, you take on the diverse administrative tasks in the secretariat (telephone service, mail, email, report and appointment management)
• Your area of responsibility also includes writing reports from dictation as well as via speech recognition software (Dragon)
• You are a competent contact person for internal and external offices, patients and referrers
• Administrative and organisational support of the doctors is part of your duties

Your experience

• You have training as a medical practice assistant, medical secretary or have a commercial education, ideally with experience in healthcare
• You are an organisational talent, team-oriented and your strong service orientation, flexibility and resilience characterise you as a person
• In addition, you are used to working independently and enjoy contributing to a dynamic, small team
• You are confident in German both spoken and written and proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
