For an internationally successful manufacturer of high-quality stainless steel pools and exclusive wellness facilities, we are looking for an experienced individual for project management at the Neuhausen am Rheinfall location.

You will take on demanding construction projects from preparation to successful handover, combining technology, organisation, and economic thinking.

Your Tasks

Independent management of demanding construction projects from project preparation to acceptance and handoverCoordination of clients, authorities, planners, subcontractors, and internal departmentsSupport of tenders, awards, and contract negotiationsControl of costs, deadlines, quality, and project budgetsReview of invoices as well as processing of change orders and project modificationsOrganisation of construction acceptances, defect rectification, and project documentation

Your Profile

Technical training in building construction, architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience as a construction project manager, building construction project manager, site manager, or in a comparable roleExperience in handling and coordinating demanding construction projectsGood technical understanding as well as cost and quality awarenessIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleVery good German skills and good French skills for projects in Switzerland and neighbouring countries

Experience with public clients, tenders, specifications, or change order management is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
