For our client, a family-run senior centre in Toggenburg, we are looking for a qualified nurse who actively brings their expertise and experience into everyday care. You will take responsibility for the quality of care, accompany demanding care situations, and help shape teamwork.

Requirements Profile

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
• Solid nursing expertise, ideally in long-term care
• Confidence in clinical assessment and the nursing process
• Independent, structured working style and strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of professional collaboration and the further development of care quality

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire nursing process from assessment to evaluation
• Professional assessment of complex care situations and initiation of appropriate measures
• Coordination and assurance of high-quality care during the day shift
• Professional guidance and support of staff in everyday care
• Interprofessional collaboration with doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies

• Permanent position with a workload from 60%
• Family-run senior centre with a committed nursing team
• Independent work and room for professional co-design
• Careful induction and clear responsibilities
• A appreciative leadership culture with open communication and short decision-making paths
