Läderach Weibel Immobilien AG is a dedicated, small real estate company in the Canton of Bern. We develop, build, and market residential construction projects. Additionally, we manage newly created residential properties as well as our own rental properties. Our goal: to achieve the best for our projects, buyers, and owners with full commitment and responsibility.

To relieve and develop our team, we are immediately or by arrangement seeking a trustworthy, empathetic personality as a Real Estate All-Rounder with the clear aim of advancing to management in the medium term.

Real Estate All-Rounder with Management Development Perspective (90–100%)

Your tasks:

Property management: Comprehensive care of condominium ownership and rental properties with the team.

Residential projects: Active participation in the development and marketing of new residential construction projects.

Leadership & strategy: Support of management and co-shaping the company’s future.

Your profile:

♦ Solid training in property management.
♦ Also gladly a construction-technical education (site manager, draughtsperson specialising in architecture).
♦ Willingness to specifically further educate in missing areas.
♦ Goal-oriented, economical, and sustainable working style with an eye for the essentials.
♦ Excellent manners and a genuine feel for people.
♦ Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping.
