To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Team Leader Building Maintenance / Automation
Your tasks
- You lead and support a team of three employees in the area of building maintenance and automation.
- You plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance, repair and servicing work on production equipment and building infrastructure.
- You ensure a high technical availability of the systems and sustainably resolve faults together with your team.
- You optimise existing automation and maintenance processes and independently manage smaller technical projects.
- You ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements and accompany audits as well as official inspections.
- You maintain technical documentation, maintenance systems and coordinate external service providers.
- You establish a KPI-based maintenance management system focusing on equipment availability and costs
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training as an automation technician, polymechanic, machine mechanic or comparable.
- Several years of experience in maintenance and technical support in an industrial company.
- Initial leadership experience and willingness to take responsibility for a team.
- Good knowledge of automation, control technology, electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Enjoy improving processes and pragmatically solving technical challenges.
- Solid Excel skills and proficient use of digital tools.
