Floor Service Staff 60 - 80%

Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring a neat and professional food and beverage service in the residential areas
• Independent, timely, and appealing provision of daily meals for our residents
• Responsibility for menu ordering
• Ensuring a clean and tidy work area
• Procurement of food and household materials
• Attentive and appreciative care of our residents as well as being a competent contact person for their concerns

You bring with you:

• Completed training in housekeeping or hospitality, preferably in a care home or hospital setting
• Completed SRK course is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Empathy for the situation of our residents and enjoyment of personal communication
• Enjoyment of housekeeping and catering activities
• Basic housekeeping knowledge in food hygiene and work organisation
• High quality awareness and a strong service orientation
• Reliable, independent, and structured working style
• Very good German skills (at least level B2)
• Team spirit and flexibility, willingness to work weekends
