- Answering customer inquiries by phone, live chat, and email. Your thing.

THIS IS YOU
- A completed commercial vocational training or several years of experience in the commercial field. It shows in your profile.
- Language skills in French (level B2). Oui, bien sûr.
- Experience in customer service or complaints handling and product knowledge. That's needed.
- Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented expression, both written and spoken. Empathy is part of you.
- Flexible availability. Shifts are coordinated within the team and are between 08:00-18:30 and about once a month also on Saturdays. Yes, you see advantages in flexibility!
- Confident handling of CRM systems, ticketing software, and various channels. You are used to it.
- Researching information in parallel, keeping multiple inquiries in view, and working in a structured way. That’s you.
