As part of the development of the General Management area, we are advertising a position for:
Secretary General 80% to 100%
Your mission
Reporting to the General Management, you are responsible for good governance, legal and regulatory compliance, as well as the smoothness of the company’s decision-making and administrative processes.
In this capacity, you coordinate relations with political and institutional authorities, ensure the coherence of the work of the governing bodies, and support the General Management in its strategic and cross-functional missions.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure respect for governance principles and coordinate between decision-making bodies and internal services.
- Coordinate institutional relations with public authorities, social partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Assist General Management in drafting notes, positions, responses, and official communications.
- Represent the company in certain bodies or inter-institutional working groups.
- Contribute to strengthening the company’s image of seriousness, exemplary conduct, and transparency.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in law, public administration, economics, political science, or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of at least 8 to 10 years in a similar role in general secretariat, legal management, or administrative management.
- Excellent knowledge of public institutions and the political environment in Geneva.
- Proven experience in corporate governance and supporting governing bodies.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Developed political sense, diplomacy, and ability to operate in complex environments.
- Impeccable integrity, discretion, and a high sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to unite, build trustful relationships, and coordinate multiple interlocutors.
- Initiative, pragmatism, and results orientation.
